Four Major Announcements

I am excited to share these four, major announcements with you as a student, graduate or friend of this academy. Here they are in random order.

#1 PCCCA is now part of Anew University in Naples, Florida.
Our courses are laying the foundation for the Behavioral Studies Department. You will see a gradual re-branding of some aspects of our enrollment system and certificates take place over the next few months. It is my expectation that eventually these courses will also carry course credit hours at Anew U.

Anew University will not be a traditional university, rather a hybrid, faith-based institute of higher learning. We’ll be applying to the State of Florida to become formally recognized as a degree granting institution.

Professional Christian Coaching and Counseling Academy as well as Essential Oil Academy will maintain their own internet presence but your credential documents will reflect the change.

I am grateful for your patience as we are in somewhat uncharted territory during the changeover.  As soon as more information is available, I will post an update.

#2 Ava Kinnet has joined us as a full-time staff member.
She heads up the Student Services area, which is the department responsible for handling all your enrollment, tuition, course access and support matters.

Ava comes to us with years of experience in customer support, management and loss prevention within education, retail and administration. She is a PCCCA Certified Christian / Professional Life Coach as well as Essential Oil Practitioner certification candidate.

“I am excited to serve as your new Student Services Administrator. I’m enthusiastic about joining this team and look forward to working with each of you. Please feel free to reach out to me with all your Student Services needs,” said Ava.

#3 New Support Schedule
“To make our response times more predictable, we have implemented a new schedule to better serve you,” explained Ava Kinnet.  “The best and fastest way to reach us continues to be through Beautiful Help Desk. Support requests received before 4 pm Eastern (New York) Time, Monday to Friday will receive same day replies. For requests submitted after 4 pm, you can expect a reply on the following business day.”

If you need to phone our toll free number, 800-280-4662, ext. 1, Student Services are available Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. If you are calling us from outside the United States, call 1-239-471-2806, extension 1.

Administrative offices including Student Services, are closed on weekends and US National Holidays.

#4 New Course!
So that this announcement does not become a tome, I will be sending you a separate email message outlining details of the dynamic NEW Advanced Professional Life Coach, an advanced, Christian coaching certification.

WHO IS THIS FOR?  This course is created for those who have already had some previous coach training or experience. Enrollment opens this week so watch your email!
