With the 1K Referal Program, Everyone Wins

For more than 23 years, we have watched what can happen when the right person receives the right training at the right time. One newly equipped coach can touch dozens—or even hundreds—of lives, and the impact rarely stops with the person sitting across from them.

That is the vision behind our new 1K Referral Partner Program.

We know there are people everywhere who have the heart to help others but may never have considered professional coaching as a calling, career, ministry, or meaningful second chapter. They may be the friend everyone calls in a crisis, the ministry leader who naturally walks alongside hurting people, the caregiver who understands what compassion requires, or the encourager who has always had a gift for helping others see what is possible.

Sometimes all it takes is for someone to recognize that gift in them and say, “Have you ever thought about doing this professionally?”

Our Referral Partners help us make those introductions.

For every qualified student they refer who enrolls in one of our two participating professional certification programs, the partner earns $1,000. We take it from there—answering questions, helping prospective students explore the training, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
