One of my greatest joys in life is seeing our graduates become world-class change agents. No one is born knowing this. We all have to learn it. When I began in the early 2000s, I did not have any role models to learn from or emulate. Although I have been blessed by powerful mentors in my 20s, I have had to blaze my own path in this industry. In many ways, I am grateful for this.
It now allows me to understand where you are and how to take you to your next level. You see, no one gave me what we have now. I had to learn it and earn it, one day at a time, over many years.
